Use a better quality product because the foundation is important for the final color layer to stick well. Apply the base coat with a roller and brush, and when it dries well, apply another coat. On the prepared surface in this way, apply the latex oil-based paint in the tone of your choice and finally apply a semi-gloss or glossy alkaline coating.
